What is new in Android 12?

Android was first released on September 23, 2008. It’s first version was 1.0 which was not given any name then after that release android started evolving every year to enhance the comfort of it’s users and improvise it’s features on every update.

And now it is Android 12 which is called Snow Cone which was released to the market on October 21, 2021.

Today in this blog we will see the features of the new Android 12.

Gestures are the type of shortcuts which will make the work easy providing comfort to the user.

  1. 1. One-handed mode:

From the name it is clear that the new Android 12 makes the user to operate the phone with only one hand.

This feature can be enabled from the Gestures in settings.

2. Drag and Search made easy:

Through this new Android 12 searching has become much more easy.

We can simply drag and drop the query from Instagram, or a Web-page of chrome and search it on Google Lens. 4.

3. Privacy Dashboard:

Google has tried to improvise it’s privacy. We can have a check on the apps which have used our location, camera, or microphone.

We can enable this feature in Gestures in settings app.

4. Scrolling Screenshots:

We usually take screenshots to save the important information in our phone.

Now if we are to take a screenshots of multiple payments in Google Pay or any important information then we generally take the screenshots till our content is saved in our phone.

But now we can make the use of scrolling screenshots which will reduce the time of taking screenshots and also will save the space in the phone.
